Carver has a sliding fee scale that is based on income. Childcare fees are payable as incurred. Carver staff will work with families to establish a weekly or biweekly payment plan as needed. If fees are not paid as per your agreement, your child (ren) will be suspended until all balances are paid in full, at which time you will be required to make advance payment for services. Re-admission will be contingent upon availability of openings at the time of return. No tax statements will be issued for families whose accounts are delinquent, nor will forms be completed for housing or other programs.
All families, in particular those who are income eligible for subsidized fees, must provide income verification forms as required. Carver Childcare fees are comparable to the industry and local Evansville rates. Fees may be changed upon the approval of the Carver Board of Directors.
The Vanderburgh County I.B.A. P Gatekeeper Voucher Program, Division of Family and Children Childcare Development Fund and Career Choices Incorporated (CCI) will pay part or all of Carver’s childcare fees for eligible families. Each program has its own application process, regulations and requirements that must be adhered to by Carver and all eligible families. In order to maintain these programs for eligible participants, a family’s failure to comply with a program’s guidelines may result in cancellation of program benefits. If this occurs, Carver will hold the respective family responsible for fees incurred and services may be suspended until they are paid in full. In this event, re-admission will be contingent upon the availability of openings at the time of return.
