Donate to Carver

Carver depends on donations from people like you! Carver’s mission to implement unique community programs that work to meet the needs of every generation begins and ends with you. To accomplish our goals, we rely on generous contributions (large and small) from people of all walks of life. In the end, donating to Carver must be considered an investment—an investment in the children whose light will one day lead the way into our future—an investment in anyone who needs a second chance—or an investment in people advanced in years who harbor the knowledge of our past, but who now need a helping hand.  In sum, donating to Carver is an investment in humanity. We would like to thank the donors whose generosity enables us to empower our community on a daily basis.

All Carver Community donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law. Gifts made
on-line
are safe, and will be put to good use by Carver. We take seriously our responsibility to contributors who count on us to be wise stewards of funds entrusted to us.

Carver is actively raising money for programs, projects and improvements to our facilities. To make a contribution, see below, or join our cause on Facebook!

If you would like to make a contribution using a check,  please send them to the following address:

It is our policy to honor donors by respecting their wishes with regard to anonymity or public acknowledgment of their gift.

Other Ways to Donate

While a cash gift is often the most convenient form of contribution, there are many other ways to empower your community. They include:

Make a tribute or memorial gift. Consider making gifts in honor or in memory of someone or to celebrate a special event.

The Stephanie Lake Children’s Fund was established in 2005 to support programs for children at Carver through the Warrick County Community Foundation in honor of Stephanie Lake, daughter of Jeff and Cheryl Lake of Newburgh, Indiana.

Donate a service or good. What kinds of donated items can the center use?

Please keep in mind that we have limited storage space and pickup abilities.

Volunteer. You are always welcome to volunteer to assist with one of the many programs offered by Carver. Download a volunteer application now. Get Adobe Reader Now

Sponsor a Fund-Raiser. In the past, private groups and individuals have organized various events as fund-raising activities.

Have your gift matched by your company. Your gift to Carver can be doubled (or more) if your company has a matching gift program. Your Human Resource Department may have more information.
